Tracey Woon

Tracey is presently a director of United Overseas Bank Limited, National University Health System (NUHS), Yeo Boon Khim Mind Science Center and SPH Foundation. She is a member of the Investment Board of GIC Pte Ltd and Ministry of Health Holdings Ltd (MOHH). Tracey is a member of the Securities Industry Council and the Listing Advisory Committee of the SGX. She is also a council member of the Singapore Red Cross and an Asia Fellow of the Milken Institute. A career banker with more than 40 years of investment banking and wealth management experience, Tracey retired in August 2020. She was the Vice Chairman, Asia Pacific Global Wealth Management of UBS AG from 2016 to 2020. Prior to joining UBS, she was the Vice Chairman of Citibank ASEAN Corporate and Investment Banking and a board member of Citibank Singapore Limited, the retail and consumer arm of Citibank NA in Singapore.
