In a TRAIN workshop held on May 9, 2022, in coordination with the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS), FasterCures examined approaches to accelerate translational research, the expertise needed to move good ideas toward proof of concept and into the clinic, and how foundations can strategically engage in this process.

This session features a case study of successful partnerships with foundations supporting preclinical and clinical research for Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva.
