Hadly Clark

Hadly Clark is an associate director of MI Health at the Milken Institute. She is an experienced health professional focused on the intersection of health and technology. Most recently, she oversaw the development of clinical quality measures supporting quality improvement programs for the American Society of Clinical Oncology’s (ASCO) patient registry and value-based reimbursement under the Quality Payment Program. Before joining ASCO, she worked at Compass Professional Health Services (now Alight Solutions), guiding patients to low-cost, high-quality providers and analyzing claims data to identify key trends in health-care consumer behavior to predict future consumption and health outcomes. Prior to her career in health, Clark worked as a museum educator at the Dallas Museum of Art. She received a BA in African studies and art history from Whittier College and a Master’s of Science in health systems administration from the School of Health at Georgetown University.
