Ebony Motley is a program associate for the Milken Institute Center for Strategic Philanthropy. Previously, she provided administrative support to the philanthropy department at ChildFund International, where she worked with the development team managing stewardship and operations for major donors. Prior to working in the nonprofit sector, Mosley spent almost four years in the banking industry. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor's degree in mass communications. Mosley works in the Institute's Washington office.
