Edward McGee is the interim CEO and chief financial officer of Grayscale Investments, overseeing daily financial activities and identifying growth opportunities for the company. Before joining Grayscale, McGee served as vice president on the accounting policy team at Goldman Sachs, providing coverage to their Securities and Exchange Financial Reporting team. McGee also previously held an auditor position at Ernst & Young, where he provided assurance services to publicly listed companies. McGee earned his bachelor of science in accounting from the Sykes College of Business at the University of Tampa and graduated with honors after earning his master of accountancy from Rutgers Business School. He is also a certified public accountant licensed in New York.
