Lisa Margeson is Managing Director, Head of Retirement Client Experience for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Responsibilities include delivering a holistic financial wellness program, integrated communications and education, informational seminars, engaging digital experience, along with an industry-leading suite of thought leadership. The team is dedicated to delivering purposeful innovations that support an impactful, measured client experience. Lisa previously led Retirement Marketing Services for Voya (formerly ING) for 8 years. Prior to Voya, she spent 13 years at CitiStreet and State Street, serving as CitiStreet’s Chief Marketing Officer at the time of acquisition by ING. Previously, Lisa spent 9 years at Fidelity as Director of Institutional Bank Marketing; she also worked as an account representative at a Boston financial planning firm. Lisa earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Math-Economics from Brown University in Providence, RI and an MBA from Boston University.  She works in Boston and holds FINRA 7, 66, 24 licenses.
