The Future of Impact Strategies in Asset Management (Invite only)

Monday, May 1, 2023
11:30 AM - 12:30 PM PDT
Beverly Hilton - Santolina

For the past several decades, although the demand for women and underrepresented groups in the institutional investment industry has remained high, despite a few notable exceptions, there has been little progress on sustaining top talent from the analyst seat to the C-suite. As a profession, asset management is still far from having equitable representation among its decision makers. Less than 1.6 percent of the $87 trillion in U.S. assets under management are managed by women and Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC). In this session, panelists will reconfigure the conversation around DEI and discuss how public and private stakeholders can ensure that high-performing women and BIPOC asset managers are properly valued and included across all levels of top investment firms.
