Thursday, December 24, 2020
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM

What sectors and regions should spending plans target? How can federal, state, and local officials mitigate risks to attract private investment? And can infrastructure projects help overcome inequities in low-income communities and rural areas, such as bridging the digital divide through broadband networks?
