Hayfa Sdiri is the Chief Impact Officer at RIVET, the world’s first global micro-financing platform for youth-led solutions in climate, mental health, economic empowerment, health, and education. For over a decade—starting at 16—she has worked to equip young people left behind with the tools to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Named to the BBC 100 Women list in 2019 and recognized as a St. Gallen Leader of Tomorrow (2025), Hayfa has built youth movements across MENA and Africa, ensuring young changemakers have both the resources and the stage to drive systemic social change.
