Maren Schweizer

Dr. Maren Celine Schweizer is a distinguished technology executive and board leader with 25+ years of global experience in Mobility, Electronics, Digital Transformation, Education and Investment Management. A five-time founder with three successful exits, she leads SCHWEIZER WORLD GROUP and chairs boards in industrial AI and deep tech. With extensive governance experience, including 15+ years on listed company boards across Europe and Asia, she has driven billion-USD growth and scaled portfolios 10X. Recognized as EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and BDO’s “Turnaround of the Year” honoree, Maren is known for transforming organizations and inspiring people to achieve their full potential.

Dr. Schweizer holds several academic and institutional affiliations: •Research Fellow, Advisory Board Centre (Australia)– advancing board practice standards. •Guest Lecturer and Contributor Learning Hub, INSEAD – MBA Elective, System Thinking, Change •Vice President - Board of Governors, German European School Singapore (GESS) – Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, Chair of the Nomination Committee overseeing a not-for-profit institution of ~1,700 students.

Maren holds a Master of Science from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and a Doctorate from the University of Innsbruck, alongside a European Airline Pilot Licence. Based in Singapore since 2013, she operates globally across industry, education, governance and advisory networks, integrating executive practice with governance expertise and a strong commitment to mentoring future leaders.
