We look forward to being with you at the Milken Institute Hamptons Dialogues and the PCF Pro-Am Tennis Tournament weekend. The health and safety of our guests, hosts, and staff is our highest priority. The measures below are implemented to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 infection while attending events over the weekend.
Vaccination Confirmation
All attendees are required to be fully vaccinated and need to complete their last vaccine prior to August 12. We are working with In-House Physicians to confirm each guest’s vaccination using a HIPAA-compliant database.
Please upload your vaccine information using the link below by August 24. You will receive verification within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Only guests with confirmed status will be allowed to attend weekend events.

COVID-19 Testing
In addition to the vaccine requirement, all guests are required to self-administer COVID-19 tests and provide verified negative results each day they attend events. Complimentary rapid test kits will be shipped to each attendee by our partner, eMed. We are implementing a safety regime that allows guests to test in the place they want, at a time that works for them. eMed's testing platform is available 24/7 and will ensure the test is guided properly and that results are validated, ultimately providing an encrypted lab report that will be sent to the test taker’s e-mail for verification purposes.
Provide your shipping address by August 19, 2021. Test kits are anticipated to arrive the following Monday or Tuesday if shipped within the contiguous United States. Your shipping address information may be sent to: [email protected].
If a guest is not able to receive the package via FedEx, additional test kits will be available for pick-up at the Southampton Inn Wednesday, August 25 through Friday, August 27 between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Each package comes with 6 rapid tests and is best done in the privacy of your home, hotel, or car, and takes 30 minutes. Due to the nature of the Delta variant, we ask all our guests, throughout the entire weekend, to use the eMed test daily and confirm a negative result.

Masks
We are implementing these protocols and encouraging all events to be hosted outdoors. Therefore, attendees will only be required to wear masks if going indoors. Masks will be provided for those who do not have their own.
All Milken Institute staff and vendors will adhere to these protocols, and we encourage hosts to do the same with their staff and event partners.
