Tom joined Babel Finance in 2022 as Chief Strategy Officer. He has nearly three decades of experiences in financial services. Most recently, he served as CEO of Noah Private Wealth Singapore (NYSE: Noah) where he was CFO earlier. Prior to that, Tom was Chief Strategy Officer for Bank Julius Baer in Asia Pacific. He also held key  executive positions with J.P. Morgan, Alliance Bernstein, and Moody’s in New York, Singapore, and San Francisco. Tom graduated from Grinnell College with a BA in mathematics and Master’s in Public Policy from Syracuse University.
