Lynette currently Heads the UBS Sustainable & Inclusive Investing Solutions Platform within Wealth Management Americas. Here, Lynette provides strategic oversight in delivering the Sustainable & Inclusive Investing product shelf and tactical investment implementation solutions within the ESG space. Her team also focuses on expanding the number of diverse investment managers and investment strategies on the UBS platforms to drive inclusivity and equality in investing. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Lynette continues to be quite active in several leadership programs, initiatives, employee networks, stage/panel speaking engagements, and those related to DE&I. She also represents UBS as a member of the Banking Policy Institute Economic Development/ D&I Working Group and was selected to participate in the Executive Leadership Council (ELC) program. In 2021, Lynette was recognized as a 2021 MAKERS awardee on behalf of UBS, which is a partnership program that disrupts how companies traditionally think about women and leadership. Lynette earned an MBA in Finance from New York University (NYU) Stern School of Business and a BS in Applied Mathematics from SUNY Stony Brook. She holds multiple professional licenses and has passed Level I and II of the CFA exams. She is a native New Yorker, currently residing in Jersey City, New Jersey.
