Steve has more than 25 years' experience in M&A, advising corporate and private-equity clients on multi-billion dollar cross-border transactions. In 2016 he was appointed to his current role as Global Vice-Chair - Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) and became a member of EY's Global Executive - the organization's highest management body globally. In 2017, he was also appointed as the Chair of EY's Corporate Responsibility Committee. Steve leads more than 17,000 people in TAS globally and is responsible for driving strategy, growth and investment priorities for the business. He also serves as a senior advisory partner to several of our TAS account teams. Previously, Steve was key to the launch of the Capital Agenda strategy across TAS as the Global and Americas TAS Markets Leader. While in the Americas role, he founded the EY Corporate Development Leaders Network in the US. Throughout his career, Steve has advised clients across a wide-range of industries spanning consumer products, industrial products, life sciences, transportation and logistics, technology, communications, professional services and franchising.
