Neil Mahapatra

Neil Mahapatra is a Managing Partner at London-based investment firm Kingsley Capital Partners and the Chairman of Oxford Cannabinoid Technologies, the cannabis drug development firm that was created by Kingsley. Neil has over 15 years investment and private equity experience. Before founding Kingsley, he worked at J. Rothschild Capital Management, leading several private investments for Lord Rothschild's family office and RIT Capital Partners plc. He began his career in healthcare investment banking at Morgan Stanley in London. Neil holds a BA in Biological Sciences from Oxford University (a President of the Oxford Union) and an MBA from the Harvard Business School (a Fulbright Scholar). Before university, Neil spent a year conducting genetic research in Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, New York, working and living with Professor James Watson, Nobel Laureate for discovering the structure of DNA.
