Michelle Kydd Lee is chief innovation officer for CAA, an entertainment and sports agency with offices in Los Angeles, New York, London, Nashville and Beijing. She provides strategic leadership that builds on the agency's culture of collaboration and client service and crafts state-of-the-art approaches to empower, develop and inspire employees across the company. Until 2014, Kydd Lee directed the CAA Foundation since co-founding it in 1995. The foundation uses the resources of the entertainment and sports community to create positive social change. Kydd Lee serves as a consultant to clients, executives and corporations on their philanthropic and social initiatives. She has served on the boards of numerous charitable organizations and currently sits on the board for Communities in Schools of Los Angeles. She also serves on the advisory boards for MIT Media Lab, FEED and IDEO.org. She is a member of the 2009 class of Henry Crown fellows at the Aspen Institute.
