Jonathan Hausman is Head of Global Strategic Relationships at Ontario Teachers' and a member of its Investments Executive Team. Previously, he led Alternative Investments and Global Tactical Asset Allocation, responsible for the Fund's global hedge fund portfolio and internal macro trading. Prior to Ontario Teachers', Jonathan was Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, where he managed sovereign risk strategy and advised governments in its New York, Hong Kong and London offices. Mr. Hausman is a Distinguished Fellow at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto, where he was founding Co-Chair and lectures on Global Political Economy. Mr. Hausman also serves as Chair of the Canadian Council for the Americas and is a Board member of Capitalize for Kids. Earlier, Jonathan worked as Special Assistant to the Premier of the Province of Ontario. He holds a BA (Hons.) from McGill University, an MSc. (Econ.) from the London School of Economics, and an MPA from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University. He also has ICD.D certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
