James Moglia is Vice Chairman of BMO Capital Markets. His career at BMO has included running Leveraged Finance and Lending, U.S. Debt Capital Markets and Private Placements, Financial Sponsor Coverage and High Yield Sales and Trading. He has been with BMO Capital Markets since 2001. Prior to BMO he held positions as a Managing Director at CIBC World Markets, PaineWebber and Kidder Peabody, where his roles also included running high yield, sponsor coverage, restructuring and sales and trading operations. Mr. Moglia began his focus on high-yield and leveraged buyout transactions at Drexel Burnham Lambert where he operated as a Senior Vice President in High Yield Capital Markets. Mr. Moglia was a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Columbia College, Columbia University. He received his M.B.A., with Distinction, from The Wharton Graduate School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
