Mr Ernest Ho is responsible for developing the HKMA's thought leadership and coordinate the HKMA's ongoing work on the fast-evolving virtual assets, decentralised finance, and other relevant trends impacting on the transformation and development of the financial system globally and locally. Prior to the current role, Mr Ho was the Head of Real Estate and Technology in the HKMA's private markets team, overseeing the HKMA's private investment in real estate, venture capital and technology. Before joining the HKMA, Mr Ho was a Research Associate at Morgan Stanley focusing on China macroeconomic research.
