Mr. Kim spearheads global real estate investment activities of Samsung SRA Asset Management, dedicated real estate arm of Samsung Life Insurance since end of 2019. Prior to joining Samsung SRA Asset Management, he was the head of Infrastructure at KIC. He had been a founding member instrumental in establishing KIC’s real estate and infrastructure investment program and held several key leadership positions in private equity, research and London office since 2010. Before KIC, he led real estate investment globally at Mirae Asset Global Investments responsible for establishing the company’s initial global real estate footprint. He also worked at Asia Pacific Land (APL), a North East Asia focused real estate private equity, served as an investment advisor at Savills Korea and started his career as an international banker at Citibank, Korea. He received his BA in Business Administration from Yonsei University, MA in Economics from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea.
