Senior Managing Director, Partner, and Co-Head of Investment Strategy, Wellington Management
Natasha is the co-head of Investment Strategy (iStrat), the Investment Strategy and Solutions Group within Wellington. The group has capabilities in factor based, multi asset and thematic investing as well as manager research. The overarching mission of the group is to work closely with clients to thoroughly understand their investment challenges and provide research with a practitioner’s mindset, deliver practical advice and manage solutions that leverage the full breadth of the firm’s investment capabilities. In this role, she oversees the department and focuses on ensuring that we attract, retain, and motivate world class investment talent, providing them with the resources, support, and ongoing feedback needed to excel as well as driving innovation to meet future client needs. Natasha is a member of the CEO Management Team, chairs the firm’s Risk Committee, serves as a board member for Wellington Management International Ltd, and is a member of the firm’s Compensation Committee.
