Dawn Harflinger is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Liliuokalani Trust (LT), a private foundation established in 1909 by Queen Liliuokalani. LT provides programs and services to the most vulnerable Native Hawaiian children living in Hawaii. Ms. Harflinger has served in numerous roles including chief investment officer and chief financial officer. She was an early investor in the crypto space where LT was the first institutional capital in several well-known West Coast crypto-native funds. Dawn received her undergraduate education from Pacific University in literature and business. She is a CFA Charterholder.
