Caroline Riady

Caroline Riady, a citizen of Indonesia, is Deputy President Director of Siloam Hospitals. She was first appointed as Deputy President Director of Siloam Hospitals in 2016, based on the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders, and reappointed in 2017 and 2020. Ms. Riady started her professional career in elementary education, teaching in public and private schools in the US and Indonesia. Later, she joined in Pelita Harapan Teachers College as a lecturer, preparing future teachers who would teach in rural, underprivileged communities in Indonesia. In 2012, she served as Executive Director of Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk and in 2016, was appointed as Deputy President Director of Siloam Hospitals Group. As part of her roles, Caroline leads 41 hospitals under Siloam Hospitals network. Ms. Riady earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in primary school education from Wheaton College.
