Former manager of the Asian branch of a German family office in Hong Kong, now fully committed into the alternative protein space as CFO for Turtle Tree Labs, one of the leading Asian precision fermentation company. In recent years I have developed a keen interest in food tech – specifically finding an alternative sustainable protein source that is more effective and resource efficient than current market solutions. Main focus are on platforms that can develop various applications.
