DeAnna Minus-Vincent

Drawing from a broad range of lived and learned experiences, DeAnna Minus-Vincent current acts as the Managing Director of The Outcomes Architect, an advisory group intent on working across sectors to integrate services and reimagine how health is addressed and services are delivered. In this role, DeAnna serves as a key advisory for cross-sector organizations as they seek to create equitable solutions that advance whole-person care. Immediately prior to this role, DeAnna served as Executive Vice President and the inaugural Chief Social Justice and Accountability Officer for RWJBarnabas Health. DeAnna designed two award-winning strategies to improve health outcomes, promote health equity, eliminate health disparities and reduce health care costs. Prior to RWJBarnabas Health, DeAnna served as the Chief Engagement Officer at Benefits Data Trust (BDT) and the Assistant Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs where she facilitated cross-sector partnerships, diversified revenue streams, and oversaw strategic positioning. DeAnna received a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University, a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Morgan State University, a historically Black university, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership and Innovation. Born and raised in Trenton, New Jersey DeAnna lives in Lumberton, New Jersey with her husband, Daryl and daughter, Darynn.
