Stephanie has 24 years of luxury and e-commerce experience, at the intersection of media, tech, brand and retail. She is a Senior Advisor to LCatterton and is the former President of Farfetch and Exec Chair of New Guards Group. She founded and ran TheOutnet and was on the Executive board of The Net-a-Porter Group from 2009 to 2015. She started her career in NY for Issey Miyake, American Vogue and at Portero, the first pre-owned marketplace for luxury. She has been an advisor for VC firm Felix Capital since 2016. Stephanie served for six years on the Board of Directors of Moncler S.p.A. She was appointed Chair of the British Fashion Council, representing the UK fashion industry with her tenure extended to help navigate the industry through the challenges of Brexit and Covid. She is an Ambassador for Mothers2Mothers and the EPIC Foundation. Stephanie was named to the Business of Fashion 500 people shaping the industry, to Founders Forum Inspiring Fifty and Fast Company 100 Most Creative People in Business. In 2022 Stephanie was awarded an OBE in HM The Queen's birthday honours for services to fashion and technology. Stephanie holds a BA Hons in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University and speaks four languages.
