Van formerly managed public equities for Blue Pool Capital. Blue Pool Capital is a large Multi-Strategy Investment Manager, with internal Hedge fund, Private Equity and Fund of Funds teams, based in Hong Kong. He is now a senior advisor for that business under his firm Blue Gulf Capital, based in Dubai. Prior to working at Blue Pool Capital, Van worked for Tudor Capital in Singapore from 2006-2009 and for Tudor Investment Corporation in the United States between 2004-2006. Van graduated from Yale University in 2004.
