Erin Cieslewski is an associate at FasterCures within the Milken Institute, where she contributes to core programmatic projects with a focus on the clinical trials portfolio. She is a key contributor to FasterCures' ENRICH-CT coalition and actively supports its working group dedicated to developing resources for new clinical research sites and researching site burdens. Cieslewski also plays a pivotal role in supporting FasterCures' partnerships with retailers aimed at bringing clinical research closer to communities. Additionally, she has project experience in identifying innovative strategies to enhance patient engagement. Prior to joining FasterCures, Cieslewski worked as a health-care consultant at FTI Consulting, providing operational support to life sciences clients, including biopharma companies. She holds a bachelor of science in public health science with a minor in Spanish from the University of Maryland, College Park.
