For fast-growing technology companies, access to talent is a bigger problem than access to capital. Finding employees with strong backgrounds in the STEM fields--science, technology, engineering and math--is a primary concern for CEOs and investors. Technology's talent crisis includes the need to increase the presence of women and under-represented minorities in the tech workforce.
