Population aging is a hidden global force with few discernible indicators of its impending social impacts. New opportunities to work and contribute to society, new health costs, and persistent ageist attitudes are just a few of the implications. In this report we examine three case studies that highlight how forward-looking institutions – Singapore, New York City, and BMW – are responding.
