The greatest wealth transfer in human history is happening right now: In the next 25 years, US households will pass a whopping $68 trillion to their heirs. Already, the Gen Xers and millennials inheriting most of these fortunes are taking new approaches to how they do business, how they invest, and how they choose to generate social impact. Idealistic and altruistic, they are aligning their investments to their values—choosing to embed diversity, inclusion, and sustainability in their workplace cultures and personal codes of conduct. This session will showcase young global citizens who are changing the way we define prosperity, leadership, and power.
