Sudi Lio is a senior associate for the Events Outreach and Engagements team. He brings extensive experience in event campaign operations and customer relationship management (CRM) system administration. As the events registration lead in Asia, Lio is a key resource overseeing system configuration, data processing and governance, and user enablement, through the management of the Milken Institute’s event technology ecosystem. His responsibilities include managing registration platforms, conducting engagement analysis, and maintaining the digital infrastructure that supports high-level convenings and strategic partnerships across the region.

Lio has diverse experience across sectors and core skills rooted in CRM optimization. Prior to joining the Milken Institute, he worked in business development and event program support, focusing on CRM optimization, audience retention, and partnership management in the hospitality and human resources technology industries. Lio holds a bachelor’s degree in management and business.
