Stephanie Gonzalez-Herrera is part of the Business and Program Development team at the Milken Institute, focusing on strategic partnerships and local ultra-high-net-worth relationship management in South Florida. She helps lead the South Florida Dialogues series each winter across Palm Beach and Miami while supporting event engagement across the Institute’s global convenings. Prior to joining the Institute, Gonzalez-Herrera worked with the Office of Inspector General at the Florida Department of Financial Services in Tallahassee. A Miami native of Chilean descent, she brings a deep understanding of the region’s diverse communities to her work.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University (FIU) and an MPA from Florida State University. As an FIU alumna, she serves on the executive committee and previously led partnerships as vice chair for FIU’s Young Alumni Network.
Guided by her passion for connection and community, Gonzalez-Herrera continues to cultivate meaningful relationships that inspire collaboration and impact across South Florida.
