Skylar Lan

Skylar (Shiyun) Lan is an associate on the Business and Program Development team within the International pillar at the Milken Institute. Based in Singapore, she focuses on strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and program curation across the Greater China market, collaborating with a diverse network of financial institutions and leading corporates. She also comanages the Institute’s single-family office network, Forum for Family Asset Management.

Prior to joining the Institute, Lan worked at a North American technology company dedicated to promoting women’s mental and physical wellness, where she managed new market development and localization initiatives to advance the platform’s global expansion.

Lan holds a bachelor of arts in international affairs from Sun Yat-sen University, a bachelor of arts in linguistics with a minor in film studies from the University of Manchester, and a master of science in finance and economics from Singapore Management University.
