Nicoly Costa

Nicoly Costa is a senior associate on the Business and Program Development team within the International pillar at the Milken Institute. Based in London, she is responsible for managing memberships and sponsors involved in the Institute’s conferences and programs, as well as strengthening its network through year-round initiatives such as the Europe Dialogues. A key member of the team, she also manages Corporate Associate and Chairman’s Circle memberships, supports key sponsors and high-net-worth individuals, and leads the Europe Young Leaders Circle community and the European Family Office Network.

With a truly global mindset shaped by an international background, Costa studied international relations at Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado in São Paulo, Brazil, specializing in economics and diplomacy. Having lived on three continents, she brings a distinctly global outlook to her work, supporting the Europe team in elevating its profile and broadening its reach. Her professional approach is informed by a personal passion for fashion, philosophy, Latin American development, and expanding access to economic opportunities.

She is also leading efforts on a new initiative that connects luxury brands and creative industry leaders with the Institute’s flagship events, fostering fresh perspectives, greater diversity, and deeper cross-sector collaboration.
