Kathleen Gerrity serves as the executive assistant and coordinator for the Africa team within the International pillar at the Milken Institute, based in Washington, DC. In this role, she oversees team operations and coordination, supporting internal and external engagements, project management initiatives, and international events, while providing strategic assistance to senior leadership. Gerrity brings more than five years of experience in project management, logistics, operations, and executive support. Before joining the Milken Institute, she held roles across government agencies, international multilateral organizations, and global nongovernmental organizations.

She holds a master’s degree in international relations from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and a bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of South Carolina.
