Anar Bata is a senior associate for Programming and Partnerships within the International pillar at the Milken Institute and is based in Europe. Prior to joining the Milken Institute, she served as manager of the US Programme at Chatham House, where she oversaw a portfolio of events and projects focused on US foreign policy and America's evolving global role.

She holds a BA in international relations and history from the University of Pennsylvania and an MSc in international public policy from University College London. Her professional experience spans project and financial management, event coordination, and international affairs.
