The MENA region has seen significant improvements in gender parity over the years. However, obstacles remain. There are those who would still deny women legal and economic equality, as well as leadership positions—irrespective of merit. In conflict zones, women's human rights are especially at risk. Female trailblazers from the MENA region will examine how we can all work together, in partnership with government and industry, to effectively generate inclusion reform and other profound social change in the context of local attitudes and values.
