Shikha Jain is a senior director on the Business and Program Development team at the Milken Institute.  She has more than 20 years of mission-driven fundraising and relationship management experience. She is charged with curating meaningful philanthropic partnerships with the Institute’s supporters and is focused on revenue generation for all convenings, including the flagship Global Conference. Shikha most recently served as the Chief Philanthropy Officer at Cara Collective, a Chicago-based social purpose company, where she led philanthropic and strategic growth initiatives, more than doubling private revenue during her 8-year tenure. Previously, she held executive roles with the Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation and GLAAD. Shikha received her Master of Arts from the University of Illinois Chicago and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Dayton.
