Jenna Spear is an associate director on the business and program development team at the Milken Institute. Spear oversees fundraising strategies for MI Finance and fosters relationships with strategic partners and sponsors of all major Milken Institute convenings, including the Institute’s flagship event, Global Conference. In this role, she leads programmatic fundraising for the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism, Fintech, and Lifetime Financial Security programs. She began her career in the performing arts, where she previously worked for the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts and the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra. Spear graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, earning a B.M in Vocal Performance.
