Courtney Lyman is a senior director on the business and program development team at the Milken Institute. She leads fundraising, logistics, and strategy. Since joining the Institute in 2012, Lyman has developed and managed a portfolio of global donor and key stakeholder relations, consisting of corporate supporters across a range of industries including finance, technology, entertainment, real estate, aerospace, and advisory firms. Lyman also oversees the end-to end strategy and development of event product offerings. She has defined and shaped product development, mapped out deliverables, and created an internal framework for product delivery with an eye for customer experience and satisfaction. Lyman holds a BA in political science and international relations from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
