Chelsea Wells is a senior director of Business and Program Development at the Milken Institute, leading programmatic partnerships and strategic opportunities for the Institute's Health, Finance, Philanthropy, and International pillars.

Wells has 10+ years of development and communications experience across a variety of nonprofit organizations in public policy, environmental conservation, education, social services, and the arts. Wells joined the Institute in 2018 and is based out of the Institute's Santa Monica headquarters.
