On July 8, 2015, James R. Barth testified before the U.S. House Subcommittee on Financial Institutions and Consumer Credit on the designation and regulation of Bank Holding Company systemically important financial institutions (SIFIs). Barth is an Eminent Scholar in Finance at Auburn University and a Senior Fellow at the Milken Institute.
