Less than 1.6% of the $87 trillion in U.S. assets under management are managed by women and black and indigenous people of color (BIPOC). In this session, panelists will reconfigure the conversation around DEI and discuss how public and private stakeholders can address challenges and enable solutions that ensure high-performing and diverse emerging asset managers are valued and seamlessly considered by institutional investors and that diverse investment professionals are valuably included across all levels of top investment firms.
