Widely recognized as a leading public health crisis, gun violence has become a pervasive and heartbreaking component of American culture. Stopping gun violence and mitigating its effects will demand a concentrated collaborative effort uniting prevention advocates, nonprofit organizers, and powerful companies and corporations. The manufacturers and marketers of many household name brands are now aligning with consumer interests and values to take a stance for the prevention of firearm violence. Experts in this session will address a singular and straightforward question: How can we stop the epidemic of gun violence?
