Asia Summit 2022

FasterCures Roundtable (Invite only)

-

As health systems worldwide recover and rebuild in the retention wake of COVID-19, the importance of early preparation, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and constant innovation must not be forgotten. The breakneck development of COVID-19 vaccines has shattered world records, but it remains unclear if this pace can be replicated in other diagnostics and cures. Digital and decentralized clinical trials have shown promise in improving patient recruitment and engagement, though related risks and regulations still need to be ironed out. Cross-border warning systems for pandemics have sprouted, and it remains to be seen if momentum will be maintained. This session convenes health stakeholders to discuss the initiatives and innovations spurred by the pandemic, and how they can contribute to a post-pandemic world.
