With countries, companies, and investors around the world pursuing ambitious energy transition and sustainable infrastructure goals, the need for new strategies to accelerate capital deployment and deal flow has never been more pressing. This high-level dialogue will convene investors and innovators from the Middle East, Latin America, and Africa to examine the financing, policy frameworks, and innovation required to build resilient and interconnected economies. This session will begin with a readout on tangible outcomes from COP30 and the Milken Institute’s Global Investor Symposium in Sao Paolo held November 10th, and a discussion on the key market areas that Global South developers are aiming to modernize, decarbonize and boost up exports. Note: This session will be the first in a series of workshops held by the Milken Institute between now and our 2026 Global Conference to shape an investor-focused view of what a “Brazil and Beyond” roadmap should emphasize at COP31.
