Our aging population impacts all societal structures, requiring individuals, communities, institutions, and governments to adapt. The Milken Institute Center for the Future of Aging Advisory Board brings together influential leaders across sectors to address the realities and realize the opportunities of our longer lifespans. Few strategies have wider application and potential upsides than fostering intergenerational connections. Multigenerational workforces are more productive, intergenerational relationships positively impact physical and mental health, families have intergenerational financial dependencies, and intergenerational connections reduce stigma and bias. In this session, members and esteemed guests will focus on spotlighting and elevating solutions to meet the evolving needs of our intergenerational families, workplaces and communities.
