Bringing Whole-Person Health to the Workplace

-

How will future generations change the playbook on mental health in the workplace? Whole-person health approaches have become the gold standard of many classrooms. By teaching students resiliency, coping techniques, and emotional well-being skills, the next generation is poised to advance workplace mental health. Creating positive work environments helps organizations attract, engage, and retain talent, which, in turn, has the potential to drive economic growth. What actions can schools take to foster emotional well-being to create a healthy workforce for tomorrow? What investments can employers make to establish workplaces that integrate a whole-person health approach?
