Brain health is essential for all aspects of daily functioning and healthy aging. Yet, many neurodegenerative and brain-based diseases lack effective treatments or cures and are expected to rise as the global population ages. While new FDA-approved treatments are in development, there is much we can do to take charge of our brain health now—just as we do for other aspects of our well-being. This panel features leading experts discussing how people can learn about, prevent, and intervene to reduce the risk of neurodegenerative diseases, with a focus on the latest innovations in dementia detection, diagnosis, and therapeutics.
